Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using superprinters.in (the "Platform"), operated by SuperPrinters Pvt Ltd("SuperPrinters," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Content Policy(together, the "Policies"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What SuperPrinters Is

SuperPrinters is an AI-powered discovery and marketplace platform for the printing industry. We help buyers, printers, brands/OEMs, channel partners, service experts, and other industry participants find, compare, and connect with each other. SuperPrinters is not a party to any transaction between users — we do not manufacture, sell, ship, or guarantee any product or service listed or discussed on the Platform. Any agreement to buy, sell, or provide services is strictly between the users involved.

3. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law, except for the Student role, which requires valid institutional ID and is subject to additional verification.
• You must provide accurate registration information. Impersonating a business, or registering on behalf of a company you are not authorized to represent, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• Certain roles (Brands/OEMs, Resellers, Printers, Service Experts, Organisations) require GST and/or PAN verification via our payment partner's identity-verification service. Verification confirms the number's validity and registered name — it is not a guarantee of the business's conduct, solvency, or the quality of what they offer.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information in your SuperPage, catalogue listings, and reviews.
• Do not use the Platform to post fraudulent listings, fake reviews, misleading pricing, or content that infringes another party's intellectual property.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Platform's security, rate-limiting, or access controls.
• Your account, and any access it grants (including a SuperStore listing, catalogue, or verified badge), is for your own business's use. You may not transfer, sell, or sub-license your account or access to a third party without our prior written consent.

5. AI-Generated Content

SuperPrinters is built substantially on AI (including large-language-model chat, semantic search, and AI-assisted content cleanup). While we take reasonable steps to ground AI answers in verified data and clearly labelled sources, AI-generated answers, summaries, and suggestions may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional, financial, or legal advice. Always verify critical details (pricing, specifications, certifications, financing terms) directly with the relevant business before acting on them.

You may not use the Platform's AI features to generate, request, or attempt to circulate synthetically generated information that is false, impersonates a real person or business, or is otherwise prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. We may label AI-generated content, restrict a feature, or take action against an account used to misuse it.

6. Fees, Membership & Payments

Certain features (Pro/Scale memberships, SuperStore placements, lead-unlock credits, wallet top-ups) are paid, processed through our payment gateway partner. Prices, taxes (GST), and invoicing are as displayed at checkout or in your admin-issued quotation. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at time of purchase.

7. Communications Consent

By registering, you consent to SuperPrinters contacting you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone for account-critical messages — OTPs, order and lead updates, and service notices — even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry, since these are transactional, not promotional, communications. You separately choose, via an opt-in checkbox at registration, whether to also receive promotional updates and offers; you can withdraw that consent at any time from your Profile without affecting the transactional messages above.

8. Transactions Between Users

SuperPrinters connects buyers and sellers — through chat, RFQs, leads, classifieds, and used-machinery listings — but is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any resulting transaction. Verifying a business's GST, PAN, phone, or email confirms that credential is genuine; it does not confirm the business's ability or willingness to actually complete a sale or purchase, the quality of what they offer, or that they will honour agreed pricing or terms. You are solely responsible for evaluating who you deal with and for the terms of any transaction — pricing, delivery, warranty, returns, and payment — which is strictly between you and the other user.

You agree to release and indemnify SuperPrinters from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of or in connection with a transaction or dispute with another user, except where the loss results directly from our own breach of these Terms.

9. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, catalogue listings, Vault contributions, used-machinery listings). By submitting it, you grant SuperPrinters a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and use it to operate and promote the Platform (including feeding it into SuperBrain's AI-context system, subject to your visibility choices). 10. SuperPage URLs & Usernames

If your role includes a public SuperPage, we assign it a URL under superprinters.in — either one you choose (subject to availability and our naming rules) or one we generate from your verified business name. This URL, and any username or subdomain associated with your SuperPage, remains SuperPrinters' property; it is granted to you as a licence to use, not a transferable asset. We may reclaim, reassign, or change it — for example if it conflicts with a reserved platform route, another business's verified name, or is used in a way that breaches these Terms — and will use reasonable efforts to notify you first where practical.

11. Intellectual Property

The SuperPrinters name, logo, "SuperBrain," and the Platform's software are the property of SuperPrinters Pvt Ltd. All third-party trademarks, product names, and logos referenced or displayed on the Platform (including manufacturer and brand names) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperPrinters disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from a transaction with another user, reliance on AI-generated content, or third-party service outages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for fraud, fake verification, abusive behaviour, or repeated content violations. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Grievance Officer for SuperPrinters Pvt Ltd is:

If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's resolution, or it is not resolved within the statutory timeline, you may escalate your complaint to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under the IT Rules, within 30 days of our decision.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panvel, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "last revised" date above; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
