Content Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers everything a user submits: catalogue listings, reviews/testimonials, used-machinery listings, SuperBrain Vault contributions (white papers, articles, manuals, news), and AI-training corrections submitted by verified brands.

2. Prohibited Content

• False or misleading claims about products, pricing, certifications, or business identity.
• Defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Content infringing another party's intellectual property, trademark, or copyright.
• Fake reviews — reviews not tied to a genuine transaction or experience.
• Spam, unrelated promotional content, or attempts to manipulate search/AI-answer rankings.
• Illegal goods or services, or content violating any applicable Indian law.

3. Reviews & Testimonials

Reviews must relate to a real interaction with the reviewed business. The reviewed business is notified and may respond publicly; reviews are not editable by the business being reviewed. Professionals' reviews require an additional posting-approval step given the higher trust placed in expert commentary.

4. Train SuperBrain & Brand Corrections

Verified Brand/OEM accounts may submit factual corrections to how SuperBrain answers questions about their own products. Corrections may only fix facts — they can never buy better rankings, recommendations, or reviews. Every correction is reviewed by SuperPrinters before it can influence a live answer.

5. Moderation

We use a combination of automated checks (AI content-nature classification, duplicate/fraud detection) and admin review (publish-approval gates for certain roles, ID verification for Students, posting-approval for Professional reviews). We may remove content, or place an account on hold, pending review of a reported violation.

7. Consequences

Violations may result in content removal, a formal warning, temporary hold, or permanent blacklisting from public listings, depending on severity and repetition.
